Last updated: 01 April 2026. Please read these terms carefully to understand our commitment to your child's safety and learning journey.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KinderKindle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KinderKindle regarding your use of our educational platform, mobile applications, and marketing website.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all KinderKindle services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Obligations

Our platform is designed for children under the guidance of parents or legal guardians. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and the legal guardian of the child using the service.
  • The information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials and supervise all activity under your profile.
  • You will not use the service for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass any security features, reverse-engineer our proprietary educational tools, or upload any harmful content to the KinderKindle ecosystem.

3. Subscription Terms

KinderKindle offers various subscription tiers to unlock premium educational modules. By selecting a subscription plan:

  • You agree to the recurring billing cycle (monthly or annually) as specified during checkout.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. KinderKindle does not store full credit card information.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, partial refunds for remaining subscription periods are not provided unless required by law.

Free trials are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of activation. Failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in an automatic charge for the full subscription price.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KinderKindle and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
  • Any content obtained from the service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The educational content provided is intended for supplemental learning and does not guarantee specific academic results. While we strive for excellence, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
